A Free Stroll Through Fascinating Buildings

The annual Open House London Weekend is coming round once again. In case you aren't aware of it, many public buildings in London let the public in to view interiors that are usually inaccessible. It has been growing in popularity over the years and you have to book for some of the more popular buildings. All is explained on the website (link - hopefully - above).

This year I'm going to be leading tours round St Mary of Eton (a newly refurbished 1892 church located, despite its name, in Hackney) on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon I'll be on duty again, this time at Finsbury Town Hall on Rosebery Avenue. It's a wonderful late 19th century civic building, no longer a municipal centre but still available for functions. See you there?
